Passive relaxation is a very basic form of relaxation, very pleasant to perform and requires little effort. Normally everything that requires little effort for the person is good, this relaxation involves asking the body, the different parts that are relaxing.

Just by saying it, the body relaxes, since there is a connection between the mind and the body. The body is much more obedient than you usually think.

This relaxation can be done by anyone, but there are those who live very far from their body.

To start the relaxation:

  • Relaxation extends to the back, to the large muscles of the back.
  • When the tension disappears, the pain disappears, the sensation of strength disappears, and so the relaxation is extended by the arms, to the tips of the fingers.
  • The relaxation is going up, towards the neck and towards the whole face, no effort should be made and the whole training apparatus relaxes.
  • Then we must return to the feeling of normality, it is necessary to try to maintain the sensations that are manifested, to breathe deeply, to breathe and to proceed to release slowly.
It is a simple and easy technique, where the body, in addition to relaxing, follows what the person is looking for, the body does what it is asked for.

People can fall asleep, but this dream of relaxation is a distraction.

You must learn to have an intimate perception of yourself and learn to know your own body.
