The priming effect has to do with the implicit memory, a series of words or stimuli is associated, that in a future when the stimuli are presented to us, they are again associated with a series of words or answers that are given.

The way in which the person can speak, will condition the emotions. For example the fact of thinking:

I'm strong.
I am competitive
I'm ready.

This makes the brain grow and have a little more aggressiveness, in healthy terms. But you will also have peace or quiet when you speak in a relaxed manner.

Practical exercises of the priming effect
