The teaching work requires academic preparation, planning, animica and acitudinal, a teacher has to know how to interpret in the faces, movements and tone of voice that children and young people are really feeling, you must always awaken curiosity and interest in learning .
It is the responsibility of the teacher to train and innovate in their learning strategies.
