No age is required to make handwriting beautiful. Many people say, when I study in college or university, it is not possible to make my handwriting beautiful anymore. The fierceness will make you one step ahead to make the handwriting beautiful. At the first you need to be committed - 'Make your writing beautiful.' You need to be concerned when you are writing, a letter should not bigger than the other. Try to write each letter with equal height and space. Write less than five pages per day. Do not write ten pages a day and do not leave a day, you have to adopt this good habit. Regularly write. The more the text can be written. But do not be less than five pages, so careful.

I agree, learning is not dependent on the age of a person, even this learning is about good handwriting. I have always kept practicing for a good handwriting throughout my student days and even afterwards.

Good to read. But we are much away from hand writing, I think.
I can't even remember when I last handwritten some thing property. It's always some office note/ shopping list.

You're right. We are slowly getting away from handwritten materials and that's why we have to make efforts to keep penmanship alive. In my opinion, good handwriting is an art, which we have to inherit to our coming generations.
We can't only live on science and technology. We, humans, have been participating in making our world beautiful as well, and art is a form to do so, however small it is.
