There is no denying the fact that women in our country are the victims of discrimination in all stages of the society. Everywhere they are treated as women but not as human beings. The working class of the women in the different sector of the country faces many problems. Though they sometimes prove themselves to be more competent than their male colleagues, they do not get the honor or importance accordingly. But this is being changed to a large scale day by day. To remove this discrimination from the society, women must be well educated, active and challenging.
