Relevant Teaching Technique For Now

School is an institution that deliberately is built so that children (students) can learn various aspects of science. One of the main and important factors in education is the teacher. Having a profession as a teacher is a job that demands renewal every day. The renewal I mean here is not only an instrument-based innovation in teaching, however, a teacher is required to be smart in comparing the instrument and learning medium with the insights it has. For those who do have passion in the world of teaching, it would be very smart in finding the best technology that can be used and applied in learning activities.

How is the right teaching technique for now

Here are some teaching techniques that are relevant to applied in the classroom for now.
1) Honesty and Bravery Technique

A teacher must instill an attitude of honesty and courage in the students so that students dare to tell with honesty in expressing ignorance them of the material they are studying. By instilling an honest and courageous attitude in expressing ignorance, the students are indirectly taught to dare to admit the mistakes they have done.

The teacher's task is to encourage and give the spirit to the students who do not know about what taught by their teachers. However, it should be remembered that the appreciation should be done in a proper way, not as if agreeing with all students who do not know because it also affects the death and loss of students' creativity.
So in this case, a teacher must instill a honesty and courageous attitude to the students.

2) Technique of Commenting on Student Question

Teachers should give good appreciation to the students dare to answer questions. Teachers should not let students answer without being given an appreciation, although the student answers the question with the wrong answer. Because students who have dared to answer questions, they have more value than other students who do not dare to answer. Appreciation does not have to be in the form of goods, or flattery, but appreciation can also be done by giving wise and good comments on each student's questions. In fact, it becomes one of the appreciation that is very useful for them (students) because giving appreciation to the students' questions can increase the confidence of the student.

3)Teaching Technique Using Power Point Slide

Sometimes some teachers use slide power point in conveying material to students, the original purpose of the learning method by using slides is to assist the students in understanding what is conveyed by the teacher. But what happens nowadays in some schools, the power point media used by teachers instead becomes a textbook on the wall. Most of the teachers who mixed the various teaching materials so that the writing becomes very much, not only the points I wrote on the slide that actually can be read by the students themselves.

Another thing that according to it is very, there are some teachers explain the material by reading the book. Then for what side power point is? Supposedly, when teachers teach by using a powerpoint slide, the teacher only focuses on the core of the point on the slide, by comparing some short videos or music, as it is very useful to arouse the passion of students who are very tired of listening to the material from morning to afternoon.For me, if there are teachers who use the power point, but when explaining still reading books, this is so strange.

So in this case, the teacher in teaching should focus on the core and teach based on the formulas entered in the slide so that students not easily forget.
