**Tonight I have checked One by one Steemit accounts of friends who are in the #promo-steemrural bascame, as I mentioned in my post yesterday they all need guidance from someone who better understand this platform so they no longer do plagiarism And spam on the #promo-steem tag.**
Tonight I was determined To teach them I realized the importance of the minnow school program as it has done well by one of the @steem-ambassadors @bait002.
I think such a program is the best way to combat plagiarism And spam on #promo-steem tags.
You can see in the picture below how many steemians we have recruited Here but they are not educated steemians, they manage their Steemit accounts like people running in complete darkness, they need enlightenment to be able to reach their Purpose.
Tonight I have spoken at length with @herryazmi11 to Help them.
Becoming a @steem-smbassador is Becoming a teacher for those who are new, Being Inspiration And motivation for beginners to Keep going in the platform.
One of the problems I see tonight is their lack of knowledge of the platform, and lack of communication with other Steemians.
It's also a Big mistake we need to discuss with them, because they expect a big upvote but they themselves do not give upvote to other posts, Rarely leave comments on other steemians posts And rarely read the information submitted by other steemians.
What we suggest tonight is to change the habit, we ask them all to use the Discord App to make it easier for them to communicate and get the latest information shared by the great Steemians out there.
Actually we ourselves still need a lot of Learning, but we are required to teach, what do you think if you occupy our place,,?

I And @herryazmi11 Will start a class program to teach them, we will start it after Holiday of Idul Fitri and will continue on weekly once.
But before our Idul Fitri Day do not Make a special class but we still teach them on all the opportunities we have like tonight.

well done for being a good leader.. all you have to do is shine your light.. and teach them that the world and steemit only works when we give first.. we have to give and be good people in order to be seen and rewarded.. it also feels SO MUCH better that way.. steemit becomes like a job you dont enjoy if you just try to make money.. and it doesnt work!
shine your light on them.. show them that being a team player works the best.. and they can all help and support each other and engage.. advise them well, such as that they should read and comment on several posts every day or week, and try to inspire and support others.. then they will make friends! THat is what steemit it about..
