Learning environment consists of a lot of resources, which could either be human or material, which are programmes for students to use these resources creatively and innovatively to learn and develop their latent potentials.
The situations around the premise of a child as well determines the result of a child learning. An environment in which learning occurs is a microcosm of a particular society and it may be viewed as an educational (programmed) institution.
An environment where learning takes place is a conditioned and influenced environment which a learner comes in contact with, resulting in a series of complex interactions and attaining a permanent change in behaviour. This shows that an children learn, acquisition skills, knowledge and competencies under certain conditions and influences.
A good learning environment has the benefit of enhancing desirable behaviour and attitude; as well as developing problem solving, skills and creative skill. A learning environment is also known as a school which reflects the physical and psychological aspect of the organization, that are more prone to change and enable teaching and learning to take place.

Learning environment is a form of organization which is called school, held within the four walls of a building and at classroom level. The make up or component of a school could vary from one school to another. A learning environment is under the supervision of the administrative arm of the school; consist of the proprietor, teachers, principals, registrar and what have you. A learning environment is fashioned in which a way that it is welcoming and conducive for learning; environment that promotes communication and interactions; environment that promotes a sense of belonging and self-esteem and promoting learning.
The components of learning environment(School) must have a learning space as well as facilities to foster effective and efficient learning environment A learning environment is at all times supportive to the learners through interaction and encouragement of the students to achieve better participation and improvement.
