Study in Hypnotism #1

Not only in the East,but also in Western Countries,people misunderstanding the hypnotism with religion,magic or some supernatural things."Hypnotism"is not a magic or witchcraft.It's a natural, mental science.And,I don't talk about the hystory of it but the ability(power) of hypnotism in simple way.

1.What is hypnotism?
Let me answer the question.Actually,hypnotism is the method that use to fall asleep the patient by captivating(suggesting).The person who accept the suggestion easily,good-tempered person,the one who afraid everything without reason can be hypnotize.I mean almost everyone can be hypnotize.

(Hypnotism based on auto-suggestion,so I will use the word "suggestion" many time.)

Basically,there's two type of falling asleep.
(1)Superficial Hypnosis
(2)Deep Hypnosis.
Human brain is very busy.In superficial hypnosis,the sub-conscious mind(SM) freely appear.The conscious mind(CM) can't save everything we know but (SM)can save and collect every data we know.

"Human's sub-conscious mind is a mystery"

Is thispossible?How?Answer is yes and it is possible because humans are type of living things naturally living by the suggestions.

2.Everyone accept the suggestion
Yes,this is the human's nature.Somebody will say,"I'm a head-strong man.No one can command me".ok then,if a fortune teller say to him that he will die in a week?How is he thinking?Whatever he belive in fortune or not,he will afraid of being dead.His (CM) won't accept and proud becausece of his ego but his (SM) will accept the suggestion and he will think about that words.That's the nature of human.

We all living with suggestions by others or by ourselves.what to do?where to go?that's not good,that's right...etc.
When a physician give some medicine to the patient and say "Don't worry,it's nothing.Just take the medicine,you'll be fine".This is giving the suggestion to the patient.Some can be cure without the help of medicine but by using only suggestion.This is called "Faith cure".

But there's some problem.Neurosis by normal mental patients can be give suggestion effectively,but Psycnosis by extreme mental patients is hard to give suggestions(hypnotize).

The most important in hypnotism is "Auto-Suggestion" or self-suggestion.We all happen and face about it.Sometimes, we need to get up at 4:00 am(for example) for some important reason.We go to bed and thinking about getting up at 4:00am rapidly and fall asleep without giving an alarm.But we wake up at 4:00am without alarm.

This is the ability of (SM).Hypnotism is the use of that power.So we need to know more about (SM) and auto-suggestion in order to study about hypnotism.

Well then,I'll talk about secrets of (SM) and it's mistery in next chapter.
