Planning Program of Rumoh Agam in Q1 - 2019

The year 2018 will soon be over. I am sure that everyone and an organization have programs that we will carry out in the future. To help start a program, at least we have to arrange several plans by looking at and analyzing the risks that will occur in doing a plan so that later it will be easy to measure the level of success even the failure rate. However, it needs to understand when a failure does not mean that a plan is not planned carefully. This is only a matter of how making failure as an opportunity to prepare planning becomes even more detailed.

In this case, @rumoeh.agam has made several plans that we will carry out every three months. Certainly, in carrying out there will be an evaluation carried out to detect the advantages and disadvantages faced in running the previous program so that in the future it will be better.

Internship Program

The internship program is one of the programs that we will carry out in the first quarter of 2019 by teenagers in Rumoh Agam. Here we will map the interests and talents of the young people, and help them make plans for their interests.

Rayan

Let's take an example, one of the teens in Rumoh Agam who is usually called Rayan has a dream to open a barbershop's business and interested in learning to become a professional. Here we will help Rayan to make the plan step by step, and we will looking for the networks to help Rayan to get funding and support in the internship program. Likewise, with other teenagers who want to make their dream comes true, we will help them in making the plan carefully.

Writing Class

The aim of writing class is actually intended so that teenagers are able to write their daily activities in the form of narration and sharpen their ability to make writing formally or informally. It is also intended that teenagers are able to make monthly reports that will help staff in reporting. Another goal is to train the teenagers to have writing skills for their future.

We will conduct the Writing Class at least once a week and will do it in online and offline methods. At the end of each month, there will also be an evaluation to see the level of understanding of the teens and the methods in teaching.

Andre Gray Football Academy

Because of Rumoh Agam is just for the teenage boys, of course, they like football. This AGFAcademy program is a positive thing for teenagers to fill up their time. During this time they only play football just for fun, but by participating in the AGFAcademy program, we expect that the teenagers can practice professionally, especially the trainer is a football player. I am sure that they will be more excited.

After that, some teenagers who like to make videos will also be given the task of editing videos so that we can upload to the AGFAcademy's platform and this will be sharpening their skills.

English Club

This program has actually been running for the past two months, here we are looking for volunteers who want to teach Rumoh Agam teenagers to dare to speak English, at least they can use it in daily conversation. And we believe that because of this program, the level of self-confidence of teenagers will grow and be able to communicate better.
