RE: Electricity lottery time again
Oh no! Does it mean Durban do not have regular electricity but a timetable which is uncertain? Is the electricity there supported by government? Solar technology is quite a hit now.
The whole country is on a timetable that no one sticks to. Yes the government controls the electricity supply which is not good. Solar is coming slowly but we still have to pay to have a licence to install it. The government doesn't want people to go onto solar as they are worried they will lose everyone.
Oh man. I couldn't imagine the life which is full of uncertainty. Without electricity, most of the things we could not do. What if you cook halfway then no ectricity? (oh ya, are you all using gas?) How do people work there in office? Does it mean no electricity then all go back home 🤔 that would be a huge lost to company too.

Some businesses have generators and some don't. Normally it is only for 4 hours at a time , but today was 5 hours for us. It is not good for business or home life. Companies are having losses due to this.
Thanks for sharing. This broaden my mind. I did not know about this. 👍
