The phone mining isn't real mining, it is simulated mining,and there is only a certain amount of ETN that can ever be mined by phone and then its over. I think Electroneum has a great deal of potential for third world countries where it sometimes cost 10% of the amount you are sending, to do bank transfer to your family in another country. Also third world countries have huge amount of people who might only own a smartphone, but not a computer. I think Electroneum is legit and a cool project, it just depends on how the world reacts to it.
