Fritzing, a very intuitive electronics design application
Fritzing is a wonderful application. The people behind this software really managed to make it intuitive to use (something hat can't be said about any other PCB design applications)
Schematic design
PCB layout
A breadboard
And a little Code IDE
And it is indeed not as advanced as all the pro packages out there, but it is a dream to work with.
Specially for small and straight forward prototyping projects. And even for slightly bigger project. As it doesn't have a silly PCB size limit like some other packages annoy you with.
Fritzing certainly did a few things a LOT better then the competition.
Fully open source, and they also offer their own fabrication option.
I do not understand what this is all about, but I hate seeing such a well created post without comments.

Software like that should have a lot more attention, right now I'm making fairly straightforward posts to see where people's interests are at. Then later I may do a more specific post.
