Pinkish Roselle Flower in a Sunny Day. 晨早的洛神花。

Maybe some of you may know that my garden is full of Roselle plants. Mainly they are easy to grow, you don't have to spend too much time taking care of them, just make sure to ferterlise them and they can grow into a massive branch.

I like to use the fruit (calyces) to make drinks or jams. Some friends suggested making jars of pickles with it, which I have not ventured into that... yet...

This photo here is the flower of Roselle plant, in light pink colour, taken on a bright sunny morning. Normally there are two types of colours, the light yellow and more pinkish one, like what I have. Each of the flowers only lasts for less than a day, then it will close back and fell off by itself, amazing! After that, you just wait for the fruits to grow until mature to be harvest.

大家大概都知道我蛮喜欢在自家种植蔬果花草吧。近期家里开始繁殖了很多的洛神花。洛神花是一种很容易种植的植物，不必怎样打理，只需给予适当的肥料，它自身会长得高大肥沃，而开始开花结果。

我喜欢把洛神花的果实拿来泡水喝及制造洛神花果酱。也有些朋友提议拿来腌制，可能以后才来研究这腌制法吧。

以上的照片是一大清早，晨早的阳光下拍的洛神花花朵。花朵的颜色通常有两种，浅黄色及粉红色。花朵的寿命只有少过一天，半天后它就会合上然后掉落，真是很神奇的一种植物。过后就等果实长大，成熟后就可摘来使用。
