US President Donald Trump announced today a package of 8,000 million dollars for the construction of the border wall with Mexico that will be obtained with the declaration of a state of emergency and executive orders, according to US media.

The White House already announced on Thursday that Trump would adopt executive measures to obtain the funds that Congress has denied him for the border work.
Sources of the White House have indicated that of the package of 8,000 million dollars, 3.500 million will be fruit of the state of emergency and the funds will leave the budget for military works of the Pentagon.
