Given the lack of knowledge I went directly to search the Internet to get an idea of ​​how familiar the machine was. The first thing I discovered is that it is not a novelty, in fact I could see that more than one project has tried to get the exclusivity of this great innovation, but some have only remained in that, in the attempt. The first model that came out could be compared to the times of the matrix printers so it is evident that it lacked much to improve, especially if after all the drawing ritual we return to the main idea that is to have a hot coffee. As expected, before something so curious, in Asia they soon released these machines, some with an incredible level of sophistication and that are also available to everyone in Amazon, for example.

Ante el desconocimiento me fui directamente a buscar en Internet para tener una idea de cuán conocida era la máquina. I take as an example those that I consider the simplest: a flower or a heart; the degree of complexity is irrelevant; they are made thanks to the skills of an artist rather than a barista. This person is printing to the coffee his experience, dedication, his time (the time it took him to develop those skills, I would be unable right now to do ... nor the simplest of decorations on the foam of a latte), and even his vital energy, his love, his passion for what he does, all this is imprinted in that figure that will probably taste a stranger. How much value don't you think so?!

Tal vez lo hayan visto infinidad de veces en cafeterías hipsters o en Instagram, Facebook, etc. El Latte Art es quizá una de esas cosas que nos hacen olvidarnos de que estamos pagando demasiado dinero por un café, gracias a esos detalles o decoración que aporta el barista a algo que finalmente vamos a beber. Cuánto valor ¿no creen?!)))
