Time stops, it's my childhood,
it's that smell that I'll never forget,
a smell that my nose will never confuse,
that smell that reminds me of school,
It's that watercolor smell.

Which reminds me of every improvised, genuine painting
where we could express ourselves without thinking,
they were just colors without combining,
they were just natural lines,
where the fun flowed without planning,
it was just that wonderful smell transporting me again
to full happiness without worry.

There I was, with many children, laughing and joking,
with a white sheet and a brush,
filling it with many colors at the same time,
to translate it into that paper,
there I was full of joy
there I was growing up among many colors,
recording in my mind and in my nose
that watercolor smell
what made me happy.
