Axiology is the science that studies the values and evaluative judgments
The axiology, serves as a branch of philosophy, and is the science that is dedicated to study ethical values, moral, social, among others. The term axiology was used for the first time by Paul Laupie in 1902 and later by Eduard Von Hartman in 1908. The axiology deals not only with positive values, but also with negative ones, analyzing the principles that allow us to consider that something is or not valuable, and considering the foundations of the judgment.
Do values structure the behavior of the individual within society?
Yes, values are the internal agents that structure the behavior of the person within society and the environment where it operates. It is important to highlight that the main values responsible for governing the behavior and behavior of an individual are the Ethical, Spiritual and Moral values.
The values are not properties of an object or an estimated projection of the subject on the object. The values are the results of the action of valuing and identifying, that is, the result of complementing functions with arguments.
The values are located within the plane of the subjective; then, each person generates a different interpretation and conception about the value that a certain object, a relation or a person possesses.

The physical characteristics of the object, individual or social group are modified by the behavior and attitudes that individuals assume towards the object from an attribution; In the same order of ideas, moral values are the parameters that allow us to judge whether an act is morally good or bad according to the common characteristics that a society, group or individual has denoted.
The moral value is everything that leads man to defend and grow in his dignity as a person, the moral value structures the behavior of man in terms of being a man, in his will, in his freedom, in his reason. It depends exclusively on their free will, the subject makes the decision to reach these values or not. It can be said that the existence of a value is the result of the interpretation that the subject makes of its usefulness, desire, importance, interest and beauty.

➽ Polarity: All value is presented in a positive and negative sense; all value carries an equivalent value.
➽ Hierarchy: There are values that are considered superior (dignity, freedom). The hierarchies of the values are not rigid or predetermined; they are progressively consolidated throughout the life of each individual.
➽ Transcendence: The values transcend the concrete plane; They give sense and meaning to human life and society.
➽ Dynamism: Values are transformed with the times.
➽ Applicability: The values are applied in the various situations of life; they involve practical actions that reflect the evaluative principles of the person.
➽ Complexity: Values obey diverse causes, require complicated judgments and decisions. Classification of values and theirscale of importance.
