IS DRINKING ALCOHOL HEALTHY?

in #english6 years ago

I do not usually suggest the "calorie count" ... last, for that would be the health professionals ... but: REDUCING NUTRITION TO THE "COUNTING OF CALORIES" IS A FALLACY OF KNOWLEDGE.

Starting from this fundamental premise, suggesting that you control the consumption of alcohol and moderates to not exceed the calories would be a serious error on my part. It would be "think boy". The consumption of alcohol is part of a tradition and a celebration between peers, friends and family.
It is not ideal that you abound in excesses for several reasons:

  1. Your health
  2. Your family
  3. The risk of accidents
  4. Decision making
  5. Commitment to your skill and your "skills"

Do not forget that alcohol "in excess" obscures your good judgment and your senses and you start taking unnecessary risks of:

  1. Incurring in shame
  2. Be a risk to you, acquaintances, friends and strangers.

Among many other things.

So the calorie is the least. If you decide to drink do it respecting yourself and others, do not drive and do not put everyone (including you) in unnecessary risks.
