So what is the Dark Phoenix's power then? Is it fire? Or no just bad-ass telepathy? I'm more of a Rogue fan rather than Jean Grey so I don't know much abt her.

Jean Grey herself is an Omega-Level mutant with powerful telepathy and telekinesis. The Phoenix Force is a cosmic entity described as the source of both the creation and destruction of the Multiverse. It has a symbiotic relationship with certain powerful telepaths, but Jean Grey is considered the pinnacle of its physical incarnation.

Its power is limitless and it doesn't really do it justice to describe it as "altering reality at will".

Disney has over-played their hand with Thanos. The comic character was only a real threat with the Infinity Gauntlet. Otherwise ... I mean he could beat up Captain America but the Hulk or Drax would rip his head off and shit down his neck. Jean Grey even without the Phoenix Force wouldn't even have to fight Thanos. She could mind-control him into tossing himself into a super-nova or something. She could drive a bus through his face just by thinking about it. He's not immortal.
Yeah I guess that's why they didn't include the X-Men in it. I watched it yesterday and kept thinking why the X-Men aren't there.
Wasn't able to read the comics version so I don't know what happened in the comics.
X-men movie rights are owned by Fox not Disney. Thats why they dont crossover like they do in the comics
Oh so that's why... Well that sucks. But it's fine. At least we still get them Marvel movies.
However fox and disney are trying to merge companies.. which may or may not happen. If it does i bet the x-men will join the mcu
