Hello! Yes you're right, and I think this demand is not going to reduce in the next few years. For me, the path to the solution of this issue can be by raising awareness around you, by consuming them only in Summer and Fall, or in little amounts during Winter and Spring! You can also always watch their provenance, and try to consume more locally.
