Great research, keep it on! Yet what i don't get how you come up with the points you give for each block producers. An there are some nodes running outside the top 21 bps, by the standby bps, where we have some in Africa and Oceania as well.

    Yes those BPs need to be rewarded and I think the EOS community should vote them into the top 21. Do you have any that you recommend?
