Regarding the "Rosetta Stone": I've worked on various big international projects and trying to pull together a variety of languages, cultures, and priorities can create a real challenge. The current technical channels are actually working pretty well right now among testnet participants, but it does seem a bit siloed to me. I see fewer active participants among Chinese BP candidates than I would expect given how many exist. So I do see this as a potential problem. I hope that others also agree that it adds an important competency to the network.
We are actively expanding here and are about ready to announce that we've added a Korean language team member ahead of schedule.
