BPC's can make these free airdrops to incentive people to vote them. Therefore people wont vote for the best BP. Instead they will vote for their personal gain.
BP makes airdrop -> People vote that BP -> People free eos from the BP.
people will catch on it will get stale like bitcoin diamond
