Obtaining EOS Testnet Tokens
I'm continuing my journey with the EOS software. The goal is to understand and utilize the testnet software. If I'm able to make enough progress, I will clean up summaries and make the information more reader friendly. At the moment, I'm just trying to provide as much details as possible.
The next step in the process is to receive some testnet tokens. The GitHub instructions link you to a Google Form asking to register for new testnet tokens. Entered my information. Waiting to see how long it takes to get the tokens (indicates 72 hours). Generating a private and public key is easy using the following link: https://nadejde.github.io/eos-token-sale/
Don't forget that anyone holding the ERC20 EOS tokens from the ICO must generate a public and private key and register their tokens prior to the end of the sale.

What kind of apps could you possibly develop on EOS? I can only imagine how the sky is the limit when it comes to building on this blockchain. I can't wait to see Dan start to develop apps once he's finally done with the actual blockchain.
