Yes of course but he wont, he is in this for the long term and by the time he sells any or all ANX, it will be so much higher and there will be so much more demand, that he wont be able to effect the price. Also if he did dump right now, someone else would just buy it now with all the new marketing on steem, telegram and https://eos.discussions.app
