On the day of Public Chain Launch.. EOS has slipped 23% dropping all the way down to $10.98 from $14.80 pre-launch.

Everyone in the crypto community, especially the traders were of the belief that EOS would rally hard post its launch, instead the price action suggests traders are following the Sell on the News strategy"

Though, the entire crypto market is selling right now with the Total Marketcap of Cryptocurrencies having fallen to $294 Billion, EOS was expected to outpeform by falling less than other currencies at least, if not turning green for the day.

Meanwhile Ethereum is also down by a lot and has slipped to $520 levels.

EOS was dubbed as the Ethereum Killer by many cryptologists but nothing material has unfolded so far.
