$100 EOS Based on ETH Fees

$100 EOS price is whats needed to make EOS fees the same as ETH fees based on the current rates for Ethereum and EOS REX. EOS is currently 36x cheaper than ETH based on ETH transaction fee rates and EOS REX rates.
