D tube unknown upload error.

Hey everyone whats up. Today I been having a hard time uploading to dtube. I got all my files set up and uploaded completely, tags and description done as well. However when I go to click submit I receive an unknown error message. I love the new look though. It's much more clean and better presented. I just can't help but wonder whats going on. I was wondering if any of you guys have received this message.
