Essaouira city

Essaouira is the waterfront wind – the flawlessly named alizee, or taros in Berber – that has permitted Essaouira (essa-weera, or es-sweera in Arabic) to hold its conventional culture and character. For the greater part of the year, the breeze blows so hard here that unwinding on the shoreline is unimaginable, implying that the town is skirted by the crowds of shoreline voyagers who slide on other Atlantic Coast goals in summer.
