42式太极拳

42式太极拳，学习有近一个月时间了。前面几个动作因为24式和八法五步的基础，学起来到没什么难度。从第7个动作撇身捶开始，感觉就有些吃力，光凭上课的那一个小时的时间便消化不良了。
除了自己单独多练外，还得另外找单个动作的视频跟着再学习、领会。终于找到了邱慧芳老师的逐动作分解教学视频。为了方便自己学习和同事们有固定的地方观摩。我准备把腾讯视频上所有42个动作加上整体演练搬到公众号上去，只是每个微信公众号信息只能放三条视频，要连出14个信息，才能完成。
多观摩、多练习，才能学好太极拳。有兴趣的朋友也可以跟着视频来练。
