CHOCOLATE COZY CAKES

Material:
200 grams of butter
50 grams of margarine
80 grams of refined sugar
2 egg yolks

Dry matter, sift:
300 g medium protein flour
30 gr maizene
20 gr milk powder
½ tsp vanilla powder

Topping:
brown couverture bar, cut 3

Way:
Beat butter, margarine, sugar and egg yolks until soft (curleb 2 minutes).
Add dried material that has been gradually sifted. Stir until smooth with a wooden spoon.
Prepare a work table, flatten with a rolling pin up to a thickness of about 0.5 cm. Put the chocolate on top of the dough, give the piece of dough on top of it encircle the chocolate bar.
Tata on a baking pan without any glue.
Bake 130C for 20-25 minutes, the temperature is not too hot so it is not cracked.
Remove the oven, cool on the wire rack.
