JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com - A resident named Rohayani (50) sent a call to two tobacco companies PT Gudang Garam Tbk (GGRM) and PT Djarum.
The call was served because Rohayani felt disadvantaged towards the two cigarette producers.

Associated with the aforementioned, Djarum responded.
When contacted Kompas.com, Deputy General Manager of Corporate Communication PT Djarum Mutiara D Asmara did not comment much about the demands.
The reason, Mutiara confessed to receive a letter summarized Rohayani posted.
"We have just received the letter because we just received it, so we are studying it (letter of a summation)," he said when contacted on Saturday (10/3/2018).
However, having just received a letter of Mutiara has not yet confirmed what future steps the company is taking to face these demands.
In this demand Kompas.com has also tried to contact the PT Gudang Garam Tbk (GGRM). But unfortunately, the Gudang Garam has not responded.

Previously reported Rohayani demanding PT Djarum Tbk pay compensation Rp 293.068.000, plus compensation worth Rp 500 billion.
Meanwhile, Gudang Garam is charged Rp 178,074,000 in damages money Rohayani spent to buy this cigarette product, and compensation worth Rp 500 billion. If totaled, the demand reached more than Rp 1 trillion.
In addition, there is one more allocation demanded to the two companies as the cost of health care Rohayani.
In conducting the prosecution, Rohayani took senior lawyer Todung Mulya Lubis and Azas Nainggolan from Solidarity Public Advocate for Tobacco Control Indonesia to smooth its pace.
