The law of cadar

Do not exist in this Muslim-majority country, any person or institution that prohibits the veil.

Regardless of the law whether the sunnah or mubah, the veil is part of the Islamic Shari'a. Even the jurisprudence of the Shafi'i school which is claimed by the majority in this country obliges it. Because it is really strange if there is an institution, let alone the organ of Islamic institutions how to ban the veil. .

ويقولون طاعة فإذا برزوا من عندك بيت طائفة منهم غير الذي تقول والله يكتب ما يبيتون فأعرض عنهم وتوكل على الله وكفى بالله وكيلا

And they (the hypocrites) say: "(Our duty is only) obedient". But when they have departed from your side, some of them set up the tricks in the night (taking decisions) other than they had said. Allah wrote the tricks they set in that night, so turn away from them and put your trust in Allah. Suffice God to be a Protector. [An-Nisa ': 81]

المنافقون والمنافقات بعضهم من بعض يأمرون بالمنكر وينهون عن المعروف ويقبضون أيديهم نسوا الله فنسيهم إن المنافقين هم الفاسقون ا

Hypocrites male and female. some with the others are the same, they make the evil and forbid the good and they clasp their hands. They have forgotten God, so God forgets them. Verily, the hypocrites are the wicked. [At-Tawbah: 67]

ولا تطع الكافرين والمنافقين ودع أذاهم وتوكل على الله وكفى بالله وكيلا
➖
And do not obey those who disbelieve and the hypocrites, do not ignore their disturbance and put their trust in Allah. And sufficient Allah is the Protector. [Al-Ahzab: 48]

إن المنافقين في الدرك الأسفل من النار ولن تجد لهم نصيرا

Indeed, the hypocrites are (placed) at the lowest levels of hell. And you will never find a helper to them. [An-Nisa ': 14] @al_baraqbah
