= ROTI TUNA GULUNG =
Bahan :
5 buah Roti tawar tanpa kulit
1 kaleng Ikan tuna, tiriskan
1 buah telur rebus, cincang
75 gr keju parut
½ buah bawang bombay
1 sdm mayonaise
2 sdm saus tomat
¼ sdt LADAKU MERICA BUBUK
1/8 sdt garam
½ sdt peterseli cincang
5 sdm butter
Garnish :
peterseli, saus tomat, mayonaise
Cara Membuat :
Campurkan mayonaise, saus tomat,
LADAKU MERICA BUBUK,
garam dan peterseli cincang. Aduk rata. Sisihkan.Pipihkan roti tawar dengan menggunakan rolling pin atau botol hingga tipis.
Campurkan ikan tuna dan telur rebus cincang dengan sauce.
Ambil 2 sdm ikan, letakkan di atas roti dan taburi dengan keju parut.
Gulung roti lalu olesi dengan butter pada seluruh permukaannya.
Panaskan pan, lalu pan fry roti dengan api sedang. Pan fry hingga kuning kecoklatan pada setiap sisinya.
