Delicious dimsum is my favorite food

Cold weather sometimes adds to the stomach growling, so that it is full and much of my favorite food is dimsum, dimsum made from finely chopped chicken and shrimp

The ingredients are:

1. 1 kg fillet chicken breast
2. 1/4 shrimp
3. 3 without eating sago
4. Flavorings
5. Sesame oil
6. Sausage as an additional ingredient
7. Dumpling skin
8. 1 grated carrot

   How to make it is :

Chop the chicken and shrimp meat until smooth, then mix in the container of sago flour, sesame oil, flavoring and don't forget the sausages are also chopped

Then take the container and basting the oil and the shape of the dumpling skin, then fill it with the meat mixture and shape according to taste. Give the top of the carrot toping, then heat the steamed pan. After that, add the already formed dimsum steamed for 20 minutes after cooking and serve

Once cooked can be served with chili sauce, mayonnaise or dried chili that has been packed, this dimsum is also very tasty to be mixed with spicy vegetable soup
