Simple shells
Good afternoon all
In the afternoon the rainy weather must have been hungry, because there were only shells I tried to cook, usually when I cooked shellfish I just boiled it until cooked and given a little salt, if it was cooked, just eat it and mixed with chili sauce
Sore-sore cuaca hujan bawaannya pasti lapar terus,karena cuma ada kerang dara saya mencoba memasaknya,biasanya kalau memasak kerang dara saya hanya merebusnya hingga matang dan di beri sedikit garam,bila sudah matang tinggal d makan dan di cocol dengan saus sambal
But today I tried cooking it using spices like:
- 1 kg of shellfish
- Shallots
- Garlic
- Ginger
- flavoring
- Turmeric
Because the seasoning was not good, I didn't take photos, just fine spices
How:
Clean the shells, then saute the spices until fragrant and add enough water, after boiling the cooked shellfish input until cooked
Tapi hari ini saya mencoba memasaknya menggunakan bumbu seperti :
- Kerang dara 1 kg
- Bawang merah
- Bawang putih
- jahe
- penyedap rasa
- kunyit
Karena sudah kesorean bumbunya tidak saya foto hanya bumbu halus saja
Caranya :
Bersihkan kerang dara,kemudian tumis bumbu hingga wangi dan masukan air secukupnya,setelah mendidih masukan kerang masak hingga matang
Maybe later I will try the recipe for green mussels or commonly called gravestones, shells are very rich in benefits and protein, and the properties contained in the shellfish are for people who like dizziness, such as increasing blood😄
Mungkin nanti saya akan mencoba resep untuk kerang hijau atau biasa di sebut dengan kijing,kerang sangat kaya akan manfaat dan protein,dan khasiat yang terkandung di kerang dara adalah untuk orang-orang yang suka pusing,seperti menambah darah😄
