So therefore the local people call them Geusong, this term is addressed to every insect that has a body character that emits an unpleasant odor.

In general, there are several species of ladybugs that have been explored by experts about them, apparently there are many types of ladybugs that give off an unpleasant odor. Among these are two types that can damage plants such as those mentioned above, they are blue ladybug or Geusong Oen, or sometimes lurik brown and plain green smelly ladybug.

The types of Ladybugs that have been identified are these types of small beetles, they very quickly damage fruit plants. Their presence causes citrus fruits or other fruit plants to become less runny, or can be said to grow very slowly. Then the farmers concluded that they were pests.
