The above quote will be my mantra for the month of November- the second to the last month of the year 2018.A lot can still be achieved before we see the end of the year,that is if we can cut out the distractions and focus on our goals.

Now there is a difference between working hard and working smart,the later can do the work of a hundred men by sourcing for and using what will best serve his/her purpose without exerting self needly and accomplishing his/her goals in record time,the former ruins himself trying to take on too much responsibilities at once resulting in
Loss of time,opportunities and their health in the process.

I guess what i am trying to say is while anything in life worth having is worth working work .Doing it in such a way that does not put your health,family and future at risk will make the work truly worth it.

Or else what's the point of enjoying all the fruits of your labour,if your health is compromised.Simple things like eating healthy,exercising,going for relaxing therapeutic massages and adequate sleep will make you give your best work everytime.So work smart and responsibly.
