According to a lot of health experts brain, bad habits the often we do it could result in a bad without we realize especially to the brain. Although many people are not aware of the things like this, but it would be more good we avoid individually the problem, from the US having problems in organ brain. Here are some things usual you do and the potential to make the brain be quickly damaged. image

  1. often skip breakfast.
    Usually people prefer avoid breakfast as they run diet program. Did you know, a wide range of adverse effects can arise if left breakfast there are various, one is nutritional deficiencies are needed by the brain for the purposes of performance.

2 too much sleep.
Generally adult human have hours sleep normal between 6-7 hours every day. Well .. for it to someone who previously used to sleep with time exceed the threshold such, the risk of damage can occur in the brain. Which resulted in difficult to concentrate on job done.

3 impose brain to work when ill.
Everyone would never have psychological pressure when health conditions decreased. Someone sick, would think 5x heavier than people who have health normal body.
