pisang kepok
tepung terigu
susu bubuk
telur 1
garam
gula
vanili
tepung roti
toping:
coklat
kacang
bisa diganti apa aja sesuai selera
cara memasak:
- hancurkan pisang kepok, tambahkan semua bahan tepung terigu, susuk bubuk, telur, garam, gula dan vanili lalu aduk hingga benar benar merata
- taruh adonan pisang di wayang lalu kukus 30 menitan sampai benar benar matang
- lalu potong potong sesuai selera adonan pisang yang sudah di kukus
- setelag itu celupkan ke tepung terigu adonan yang sudah di potong, celupkan ke telur lalu ke tepung roti seterusnya begitu sampai bahan abis
- lalu goreng adonan yang sudah dilumuri tepung roti sampai menguning
- tambahkan toping sesuai selera dan siap disantap untuk cemilan
