Nasi Tumpeng Ulang Tahun
Bahan-bahan
- 200 gram beras ketan
- 2 batang sereh
- 2 lembar daun jeruk (tambahan saya)
- 800 gram beras putih
- 4 lembar daun salam
- 1 sdm kunyit halus
- 2 sdm garam
- 1 sdm air jeruk nipis
- 1 lembar daun pandan
- 1200 santan
Langkah Membuat
- Campur beras dan beras ketan, cuci bersih, tiriskan dan kukus (saya kukus 20 menit)
- Masak santan dengan daun salam kunyit bubuk, pandan, serai dan daun jeruk. Tambahkan garam. Masak hingga mendidih (kunyit tidak saya saring, karena tidak ada ampasnya)
- Masukkan beras yang masih panas kedalam santan aduk rata. Biarkan santan terserap habis. Dan beras menjadi aron, tuangi air jeruk nipis. Aduk rata
- Kukus beras aron selama 20 menit (saya >35 menit, karena lebih banyak).
- Cetak dengan cetakan tumpeng yang ujungnya lancip. Dan hidangkan dengan pelengkap
- Pelengkap nasi saya kali ini tidak banyak. Hanya kering tempe teri kacang (sisa acara gathering), telur rebus yang saya bentuk burung, ayam goreng dan perkedel kentang juga mie goreng.
