Make a daily push-ups on twitter with #steem hashtag and show the power of real steemer.

good afternoon/ evening everyone.

A healthy brain resides in a healthy body. That's why we need exercise, yoga, and meditation every day to keep our body healthy. As of nowadays many of our steemit fellow pushups on Social Media Twitter are presenting this challenge daily through Challange day 77 Challenge through short video.
It is not only beneficial to the health of the body but also to promote #STEEM by using #STEEM ,#seven77 and #actifit hashtag. It involves mending a partner who is not connected to the steemit blockchain. I think or it is a good initiative that will prove to be a good medium to attract people outside of Blockchain.
That is why we have also decided to complete this challenge daily. Ever try to complete this challenge, where the opportunity is available in the entire day's interval. As at 6:30 am I am in the playground every day. Or my daily work is to leave the day of the rain because it keeps our body healthy.
It is also very necessary for mental health with our physical health. With this game, I feel very good to add this challenge.
This challenge is more beneficial for those who can not take the time especially for their health.
