Poem - Waiting
"Waiting"

Her heart's obviously not on this place.
She care not for pity nor praise.
Only wishing to once again feel her heart race.
Yet that person that could move her is somewhere far away.
For that reason nothing else can make her heart sway.
She hold a promise before they part ways.
And it's the only thing that made her stay.
If not for that she would have chased him long ago.
But she cannot leave, she cannot go...
She will wait for him like she promise so.
Though painful it is something she could do.
She promised that he'll have a home once he return.
As such she would not leave even if the seasons turn.
The love inside her heart deeply burns.
Hence, she'll patiently await his return...
