Kue kering pisang madu

Bahan A:

200gr margarin
100gr gula pasir
2btr kuning telur
1butir putih telur
1/2sdt garam
1/4sdt pisang ambon essence
2sdm madu

Bahan B :

50gr susu bubuk full cream
50gr tepung almond
300gr terigu protein sedang
1/2sdt soda kue
1sdt baking powder
100gr keripik pisang manis, dihancurkan

Bahan C:

Coklat putih, dilelehkan
Coklat, dilelehkan
Pewarna kuning.

Cara:

  1. Kocok bahan A sampai agak mengembang lalu masukkan bhn B, aduk sampai rata.
  2. adonan dibentuk oval +/- 4cm
  3. Panggang 130'C selama 20menit lalu turunkan suhu 110'C panggang sampai matang.
  4. Setelah matang dan dingin hias dgn coklat putih yg diberi pewarna kuning, atau bisa juga pake coklat kuning yg dilelehkan dan coklat.
