Conclusion

Based on my research, the role of agricultural extension workers in the development of farmer groups combined. The role of agricultural extension workers in the development of farmer groups in Meurah Mulia Subdistrict is in the category Role of the four indicators of the role of agricultural extension agents, including: (1) as Initiators in the Large category (2) as Facilitators in the No Large category (3) as Motivators in Large category (4) as Organizer and Dynamicator is in the Big category.
