(4. )Observe, Impress, Modify
There are so many leadership models and examples of successful people in their leadership running an organization, a company or a country. They are people with a myriad of life experiences that can be exemplary.
Observe their leadership style, follow their leadership seminars and trainings, duplicate their leadership style that suits your characteristics and modifications according to the circumstances in your leadership organization.
(5. )Be a Likely Leader Offering Help.
If you can help others with their problems, dreams, and obstacles, you will get the attention of them including the help you need when you need it. What you sow, that is what you will reap. Learn various skills in either soft skill or hard skills, so you can have an impact on other people's lives by providing the help they need.
(6. )Be consistent with your Leadership
One thing that many people forget is consistency build trust. Trust is the most important factor in everything you do, especially being an influential leader. Do not let you be easily shaken.
Therefore, you need to be wise before taking a decision so that you are not judged by the plan for changing the rules you have made yourself. The more consistent you are, the more people trust you that you become a leader with strong influence.
