Due to the high intensity of rain yesterday on December 6, 2018 there were floods that occurred in five sub-districts in Bireuen District, in addition to the inundation of dozens of houses from Thursday to Friday, a number of schools were also flooded.
Resulting in the learning process being eliminated because the room was still flooded and filled with mud.
The schools that were flooded due to flooding, namely SMAN 1 Peudada in Pulo Ara Village, Peudada, caused 40 computers to be damaged by water.
Apart from SMAN 1 Peudada in other schools inundated were Jeumpa 1 Junior High School and Jeumpa 5 Elementary School in Teupok Village, Jeumpa, Peudada Middle School 2 and Peudada 2 Elementary School in Blang Bati Village, Peudada and 15 Bireuen Elementary School in Pulo Ara, Kota Juang.
Facing high rainfall, all school principals whose school locations include flood-prone areas or natural disasters to be alert and alert.
