Amazing Photography : IS THERE A "BLUE FIREFLY ON BROAD DAY LIGHT?

I took this photo while going back home on a trike, the "little blue circle" on that grass...what is it???

A sunny and cloudy day today, i always took photos on the way to my son's school and back to home, i look up to where the sun is, then took a shot at it, after that, i look again to my cellphone and i noticed something that is in the picture, on one end of a tall grass, there is a blue circle thing, i really dont know what it is? Is there a firefly on broad day light? Or if it's a firefly, it never had a blue light and it can't be visible to see. Oh my! I really dont have an idea what kind of insect that have a blue light? Or maybe its not an insect, its a reflection from my phone? I thought about it, but its not either a reflection, (is it a blue fairy? lol) please zoom it and have a good look of that blue thing. Maybe you know what is that "blue thing"? If you do, please comment on this post. Thank you.
