A simple way to install a paving block/@ekafao
In accordance with SNI 03-2403-1991 on Procedures for Installation of Concrete Block Locked to Road Surface, following simple way of installation:
Preparation work
The initial preparation to be done is material procurement. 100% physical proces will not support unavailable material.
Check the material first before use if it is still in standard condition or has been defective or damaged due to mobilization or storage activities.
Flattening the sand
Before sowing the sand on the land to be installed paving block, first done is to make sure the land has been cleared of dirt - feces like leaves, twigs, wood, and so forth.
The next stage is to flatten the sand and solidify it. The goal is that no waveform or elevation of the paving block is not suitable after installation later.
Installation of Paving Block
Once confirmed the land has had the appropriate elevation. The last stage is to install paving block.
Do not forget to install concrete or concrete backing prior to installation to keep the installation position unchanged or shifted.
